You are able to track the package via JNE’s website by entering JNE airwaybill number that will be provided by us via email

Do you have smaller or larger size?
All of my products are made in certain size to maximize its cuteness :D however, I do make custom order.
I adore something but it is out of stock, is it possible for it to come back on stock?
Yes it is. I restock once in a while, however if you wish to purchase it sooner, feel free to contact me. I will try my best to deliver it for you

It takes me around 3 days to pack and ship your package

Yes I do. You can purchase my art via direct Paypal, or for more secure choice, you can find us on Etsy
RETURN POLICY
What is your return/exchange policy?
I do not accept any return/ exchange/ refund to any of my artworks. However, in certain cases, I can do replacement of the product. It is best to contact me for any return inquiry.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Once I receive the item that is returned, it takes me around 3 days to pack and ship your package.
